Team KWT – Management Assistance FIM Endurance World Championship In 2023, I was involved from the very beginning in the establishment of Team KWT for the FIM Endurance World Championship. Bridging Japanese and French cultures, I contributed to building a foundation of mutual understanding and collaboration. Throughout the season, I supported the team in various areas — from accounting and internal operations to communication and logistics —acting as a management assistant able to adapt and respond flexibly to the team’s evolving needs. It was an experience that deepened not only my professional skills, but also my appreciation for teamwork and cross-cultural connection.
